Jill Stimson, a former librarian at Hill Elementary who now works at Webb Middle School, is inviting our local writers and illustrators to join the “Friends of the AISD Libraries.” If you’re interested, email Jill at stimsonjill@gmail.com. There are no dues and minimal meetings (the group plans to communicate via email and perhaps a wiki page). Joining the Friends of the AISD Libraries is a way to not only help the libraries we hold so near and dear, but also to network with some really great people.
