I have been in central Texas since 1973, and am 50 yrs. of age. I live on 5 acres in southeastern Travis County, (Del Valle), with my dear wife Mari and 1year-old son Ramon Luis. My primary work for over 33 yrs. has been in all types of Masonry Design and Construction. I am adept in Native habitat restoration I enjoy producing natural and carved stone artwork, from jewelry to murals to miniature architectural creations, and have done so for many years now. My recent works and future destiny has much to do with these ancient oyster fossils that are found here in Central Texas and worldwide, in relative Geological strata. I feel that before I present any synopsis I have to layout what inspired The Unshellfish Oyster Tales’ conception. I have discovered, after extensive research, their positive attributes and very interesting facts that mirror humanity’s moral virtues and issues.
