Alison Dellenbaugh can’t remember a time when she hasn’t wanted to be a writer. She earned a degree in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas, and spent 7.5 years as a technical writer, but her true love is creative writing. Her articles and poems have appeared in various publications, including the Austin American-Statesman, Once Upon A Time, Half-Price Books’ Say Good Night to Illiteracy bedtime stories collection, and Guideposts for Kids. She writes everything from poetry and picture book stories to magazine stories and young adult fiction. A native Texan, Alison has a wonderful husband who is endlessly supportive of this crazy writing thing, two gorgeous and wacky young sons, Ryan and Kyle, and a lop-eared bunny named Pablo. She is fueled largely by Tex-Mex food and Dr Pepper.
