Isat, Janet - Writer and Illustrator
Janet Isat is a former critical care RN who has happily traded in her stethoscope for a pen, paintbrush and a really good kettle. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the British need for a good cup of tea to engage the thought processes, the importance of the latter cannot be stressed enough!
In between the endless loads of laundry, refereeing of squabbles and other joys of family life, Janet endeavors to write and illustrate for children. She hopes to create words and pictures that address the issues that children face in the complex multicultural world of today.
